（5） Description of the work ( please write it from three aspects: creation purpose, creation process and originality of the work, and attach the applicant's signature, indicating the date of signature );
 2. Registration process:

Online reporting, application acceptance, notification of acceptance, review and certification

 3. Registration time: 4 - 5 months

Second, computer software copyright registration
 1. Registration materials:
（1） Application Form for Software Copyright Registration
（2） Identification materials of software ( programs, documents )
（3） The applicant's identity certificate, right ownership certificate, etc.
（4） Other supporting documents
If the modification of another person's software should be licensed, a power of attorney shall be submitted.
If the transferee acquires software copyright, it shall submit a software copyright transfer agreement.
 2. Registration process:
Fill in the application form - > submit the application documents - > the registration authority accepts the application - > review - > obtain the registration certificate
 3. Registration time: 5 - 6 months
 4. Protection period: 50 years
